I have had my home on the market for more than a year and a half and had to lower the price several times to compete in this present market. My home is currently listed at $152,500 and still no one has made any serious offers. Other comparable homes in my area have sold about the same or less. Based on these current market conditions, how can you justify the estimated market value of my home being $171,554?

My question is can anything be done to petition to be a part of that school district? The neighbor at parcel # 30-07-36-100-010-0000 does belong to Union 81 but 30-07-36-100-007-0000 and 30-07-36-100-009-0000 belong to distict 70c...however there really are no other houses around on that side of the street nearby...how can become a part of union 81 school district?
